Symposium & Exhibition / 11/30/2017 - 12/01/2017
INSECT 2017 | International Symposium on ElectroChemical Machining Technology
Microprocessing as well as conventional fields of electrochemical machining (ECM) applications, i.e. aerospace or automotive industry, become more important with increasing requirements on material properties, manufacturing technologies and workpiece quality.
At this year’s INSECT, taking place at Fraunhofer IKTS in Dresden, you are invited to discuss innovative research on fundamental electrochemical processes, materials properties and technical equipment as well as application trends and future perspectives of ECM. The INSECT brings together academia and industry, and offers a perfect platform for scientific discussions as well as networking.
Call for Papers
Authors of conference papers are kindly requested to submit an abstract (max. 250 words, pdf or word file) by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than July 7, 2017.
The topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Anodic dissolution and passivation
- Fundamentals of ECM
- Materials and tools for ECM
- Macro- and micro-ECM
- Process monitoring
The accompanying industrial exhibition offers an efficient contact platform and opportunity to learn about the latest developments. Our offer for exhibitors includes the booth, the registration fee for one exhibitor as well as a short company profile in the conference documents and on the website.
