The development of efficient process and supply chains for future fusion power plants is gaining momentum. Following the successful kick-off in 2024, Industry Day Fusion 2.0 continues the dialogue that began, now focusing more strongly on building industrial structures and value chains.

On October 15 and 16 (lunch-to-lunch), the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft will once again bring together stakeholders from industry, research and academia, politics and consulting, as well as from the energy sector and the venture capital community in Aachen. The focus will be on professional exchange, targeted networking, and the question of what concrete contribution companies can make to the emerging fusion ecosystem.

Strong innovation ecosystems are crucial for turning the vision of a climate-neutral, safe, and always-available energy source into a shared mission with concrete tasks and industrial perspectives. Speed is essential if Germany and Europe are to take a leading role in the international race for fusion.
